So, you want to spend a week exploring the secnery and delights  Lincolnshire. You want a rural venue that allows you feel part of the countryside and provides high quality self accomodation with all the latest modern appliances. And for the cosy, romatic and relaxing evenings it must have a real log burning fire.
Mill Farm cottages provide the perfect location, ideally situated to explore the sea, sand, countryside and city. Located in Hogsthorpe near Skegness and Mablethorpe in Lincolnshire they are located in a glorious rural location.

Once you turn off Sea Lane and travel up the 500 yard private drive (past the sheep and chickens) you get to the cottages. The cottages are seperate from the farmhouse which is owned and run by Sally & Neal Balderston and have there own individual gardens (with hot tub)  and a shared larger play area, complete with footbal goal (ideal for youngsters to have a kick about and get rid of some energy).

The cottages are surrounded by a open farmland providing an idylic location for exploring Lincolnshire. Well behaved pets are allowed to stayas as well behaved people, though care must be taken as there are sheep, cattle and chickens within the farm.

Work has commenced on the building of two new holiday cottages in the village of Hogsthorpe (near Skegness). The holiday cottages, one a 3 bedroom bungalow which will be ideally suited to those less mobile or disabled and the other a 3 bedroom two storey cottage have both been  completely transformed from old farm buildings. The holiday cottages are located in the fantastic rural  setting of Mill House Farm. Owners Sally & Neal Balderston are really excited about the project and plan to have the holiday cottages available for November 2009.
